On request, the Congress Secretariat will be pleased to send letters of invitation to individual scientists. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas.

NAME BADGES
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Congress, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and grants access to the Scientific Sessions, Commercial Exhibition and official Social Events.
AIRLINE INFORMATION
Turkish Airlines, as a member of Qualiflyer Group, offers a global network of flights linking Turkey with most of the major cities throughout the world.
International Airport Ankara (Esenboğa Airport) is 30 km from the city center, with separate terminal buildings for international and domestic flights.
LUNCH
The lunches will be served at congress venue.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
All the participants who attended the congress will get their certificates of attendance.
CONGRESS BOOK
The most high profile presentations of the 3rd International Anti-Aging Congrees will be published in the “Rejuvenation Research” which is the offical journal of the Europen Society of preventive, Regenerative and Anti-aging Medicine (ESAAM).
LIABILITY
In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Scientific Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat assumes any liability. Participants should therefore organize their own health and travel insurance.
SPEAKER SERVICE CENTRE
Only digital presentations will be accepted during the congress and all presentations should be handed in at the Speaker Service Centre at least two hours prior to the start of the session.
EXHIBITION
An exhibition of products and services will be held for the duration of the Congress, in Rixos Hotel Ankara.
CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
During December the daytime temperatures are in the range of 05 - 10 °C and evening temperatures are 05 - 00 °C. We recommend you bring clothes, sweater and a jacket for cooler evenings. There might be an occasional rain and it is therefore advisable to bring an umbrella.
CURRENCY
Turkish currency is Turkish Lira (TL). Exchange rates are set daily by the Central Bank.
BANKING AND EXCHANGE FACILITIES
Foreign money can be changed at banks during normal business days (09.00-17.00 Monday-Fridays) as well as at hotels, at the airport and in exchange offices. All major credit cards are accepted in hotels, restaurants and shops. Automated bank machines are available at many points throughout the city and at the airport.
TURKISH CUISINE
Traditional Turkish cuisine is famous for its many specialties prepared with fresh vegetables. There are lots of quality restaurants in the Rixos Hotel Ankara
TIPPING
Although service charge is included in most restaurants, leaving a tip at one's own discretion is appreciated.

GMT+2 (GMT = Greenwich Mean Time).
ELECTRICITY
Turkey has 220 volts/50 Hz. electricity and socket type is European standard. (2-pin plug).
